Kimberly Zay Photography Blog: Winter hats!

Hi there, I’m Kim! Welcome to my Blog! I’m a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend & a photographer; in that order. I have an adorable daughter named “Little A.", and a wonderful husband named Adam. We reside in S. NH and truly love it here! I know it’s hard to get a feel for who a person is on the internet, but hopefully through reading about my experiences, my shoots, my family, & my stories, you can get a glimpse into my life & what I'm all about.

My style of photography has been described as fun, fresh, bold, classic, relaxed, simple, journalistic, contemporary, upbeat, emotional & modern (phew!). I love vibrant color and light black & whites, high-energy sessions capturing you, your children and family as they truly are. I use very little props (except with newborns) and strive to capture genuine moments. I enjoy photographing events as they happen opposed to creating them. My goal with this blog is to give my clients, photographers, friends, family, and all you secret blog stalkers out there, a sneak peek into what’s going on with us, session highlights, promotions, news, fun seasonal events and other random nonsense.

Winter hats!

I'm not a huge fan of winter, especially here in New England, but I love winter clothing, ESPECIALLY hats. I picked up a couple new ones for Little A while we were adding to her winter wardrobe this past weekend. She's a stinker though and won't keep them on so I had to tie it. It looked so much cuter untied with the sides hanging down but she's wasn't having it. I have another one I'm going to try taking photos of outside if it ever stops raining. Anyways, here's a few from the front yard the other day.
