Still searching

For those wondering, we're still searching for Niko. We've put fliers in every mailbox in the neighborhood, hung them on telephone poles all over as well as the local grocery stores and gas stations. We've also put an ad in the local paper as well as a posting on craigslist. Someone has got to have seen him???

Our next step is a humane animal trap. A rep from a local animal shelter contacted me off craigslist saying that she'd loan me a trap to see if he's sneaking around at night when no ones around. The only thing I'm concerned about is catching another animal (like a raccoon!) or another neighbors cat. And the fact that whatever we catch will be stuck in the cage overnight in the cold concerns me.
So, I plan to discuss these concerns with her when she calls me and see what she thinks. We're desperate at this point and willing to try anything.
