Little sweetheart from yesterday

I had a really great session yesterday with an awesome little family. Amye & Gene were super nice and we spent a majority of my time there chit chatting about what it's like being new parents and just life in general. I love that. The fact that I get to meet some of the nicest people that I would have never met otherwise and even become friends with some of them is so awesome. And then they let me "play" with their kids. This is my JOB?! How cool is that?!

Baby A is adorable (as you'll soon see) and was really such a good sweet natured baby. I know Amye was a little concerned about her being one of my tougher clients, but really she was close to one of my easiest. She was awake for most of the session, which can be difficult photographing since they like to flail their arms and legs around a lot at this age, but I got some really sweet expressions out of her.

Amye & Gene, Thanks again for making me feel so welcome. It was great meeting you both! I hope you didn't mind me hopping up on your countertops!
